Lamsa Cloud Platform Subscription Agreement
These terms constitute the legal agreement governing your use of the Lamsa lamsa platform, engineered to provide a transparent, fair, and enterprise-grade environment for fit-out and interior architecture professionals.
1. Intellectual Property & Project Data Ownership
- All architectural drawings, BOQs, client estimates, trade contracts, and supplier records uploaded to the platform remain the exclusive, absolute property of your company.
- Lamsa strictly guarantees never to view, disclose, monetize, or utilize your proprietary pricing or supplier terms for external commercial purposes under any circumstances.
- Subscribers retain the right to export all company data and financial ledgers at any time in standard formats without restriction.
2. Cloud Security & Encryption Protocols
- All data in transit and at rest is secured using industry-standard TLS 1.3 and AES-256 military-grade encryption.
- Automated daily backups across redundant cloud facilities guarantee zero data loss and rapid disaster recovery.
- Strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensures users only access data explicitly authorized by their organization administrator.
3. Subscription, Payments & Renewals
- Subscriptions provide full access to selected tier modules, including all standard cloud updates and ongoing security improvements.
- No subscription will renew without clear, advance electronic notification prior to the billing cycle.
- Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time with no punitive cancellation fees.
4. Service Availability & SLA
- We commit to a 99.9% cloud operational availability rate, ensuring job sites and offices maintain continuous connectivity.
- Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak weekend hours with advance notice.
- Engineering and customer support teams are available to address critical operational inquiries promptly.

- Lamsa is an operational and financial software tool designed to organize workflows. It does not replace certified structural engineering oversight or formal legal counsel.
- Subscribers remain solely responsible for the technical accuracy of their BOQs, structural safety, and compliance with local municipal building and fire safety codes.
